Do you offer Free Quotes ?

Yes, first we start with an over-the-phone discussion to determine your requirements and your budget. Once we establish an understanding of the above, then the first on site visit is free.

Why do prices vary on different estimates ?

There are many different factors. First make sure that the estimates have same scope of work. The amount of service provided by the builder has a big effect on the cost. If the builder has all the proper insurances the price will be higher than you comparing it with a backyard “handyman”.

Remember, a builder is licensed , qualified and experienced to carry out all types of work. A plumber does plumbing, an electrician does electrical and tiler lays tiles. So getting the right estimate is entirely depends on you selecting the right trades person for the right job.

We have come across many “half finished” jobs, which was solely due to client accepting the lowest quotation and thinking of saving on their projects.

Do you provide a guarantee ?

Yes, as specified by Office if Fair Trading and manufacturer’s warranty on supplies.

Does your company have appropriate insurances ?

Yes, you are dealing with a professional. We provide Worker’s Compensation, Public Liability, Home Owner’s Warranty Insurances. From start to finish you will have a peace of mind.

Do you have completed projects for viewing ?

For privacy reasons we cannot ask our customers to let people to inspect their premises and disturb their comfort. However we have lots of completed projects on our website and many more in our hard copy portfolio, with relating references. All of the above and being in the industry for the past twenty years should give you an indication of whom you will be dealing with.

What type of contract do you provide ?

For small size jobs we cover all the clients requirements which is discussed at time of first visit. For medium to larger jobs, we use standard Office of Fair Trading contracts.

What if I’m working during renovation ?

You are dealing with a “hands on builder” who will be on your job from start to finish every day till completion. We have overseas and interstate clients, which arrange access for us to carry out their renovation work at their holiday premises here in Australia.

Do you only provide “labour only” services ?

No, we can accept delivery for all fixtures, fittings and whatever you have selected from your supplier. Or we can also order these items for you from our selected suppliers. Most of our clients are usually busy and don’t have time to go and purchase such items and make selection form catalogs and we arrange for site delivery.

Do you require a deposit before you start ?

Yes ! Once you have accepted our offer, we require 5% to 10% deposit, which is set by Office of Fair Trading. The remaining balance will be requested as a progressive payment, during renovation.

Do you only provide services to Home Owners ?

No, we have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and we have established a relationship all over Sydney, as well as interstate customers and even international clients.

We provide our services to Home Owners, Architects, Draft person, Engineers, Property developer and Property managers.

Do you only do large size projects ?

No, not at all. We provide service from a small garden maintenance to a major commercial or domestic renovation or complete new development.

What type of trade services do you provide ?

One of the reasons, which separates and has kept us above everyone else is because we actually carryout 95 % of the actual work ourselves. From start to finish you will be dealing with a professional “hands on Builder” and not just a showroom/Retailer that sells you their items and arrange for anyone to enter your premises for fittings.
